HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

Lucky Darling Post is a monthly mail subscription. Each month, you’ll receive a 5×7" print, a 6×4" recipe inspired by the month’s theme, and a personal note to tie it all together.

You’ll be charged immediately when you sign up, and your subscription will renew automatically each month on the same date. You may cancel anytime.

To receive the current month’s mail, please sign up by the 20th. Sign-ups made after the 20th will receive the following month’s mail.

All mail is shipped on the 21st of each month, or the next business day if the 21st falls on a weekend or holiday.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes, you may cancel at any time.
If you cancel before your next billing date, you won’t be charged again or receive any future mail.
If you cancel after your payment has been processed, you’ll still receive the mail you paid for, and your subscription will then end.
All sales are final. No refunds are issued after payment.
WHEN SHOULD I SIGN UP TO RECEIVE THE CURRENT MONTH’S MAIL?
Sign up by the 20th → receive that month’s mail.
Sign up after the 20th → your first mail will be the following month.
Example:
If you sign up by April 20, you’ll receive the April mail.
If you sign up after April 20, you’ll receive the May mail.
This allows time for production and packaging of each drop.
WILL MY BILLING OVERLAP IF I SIGN UP AFTER THE CUTOFF?
No, each payment is applied to one mail drop only, so there’s no overlap or double billing.
If you sign up after the 20th, your first payment will go toward the following month’s mail, meaning you will not receive the current month’s drop. After that, each monthly charge simply covers the next scheduled drop.
Example:
If you sign up on April 25, your first payment will go toward the May mail. Then your next charge on May 25 will go toward the June mail.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MAIL?
All Lucky Darling Post mail is shipped on the 21st of each month or the next business day if it falls on a non-business day.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
WHAT IF MY MAIL IS LOST?
Once mail is handed over to USPS, it is no longer in our control. Because stamped mail does not include tracking, we're unable to guarantee delivery.
However, if your mail has not arrived after a reasonable time, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to help. (Allow 3-7 business days after shipped out.)
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.?
Currently, Lucky Darling Post ships within the United States only.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

CAN I SKIP A MONTH?
At this time, subscriptions run monthly without a skip/pause option. You may cancel anytime before your next billing date and rejoin later if needed.
