SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Lucky Darling Post is a monthly subscription service. Mail is shipped once per month.
To receive the current month’s mail, you must subscribe before the 20th of the month. Orders placed after the 20th will be applied to the following month’s shipment.
All orders are shipped on or shortly after the 21st of each month.
DELIVERY TIME
After shipment, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping is included in your subscription price. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
TRACKING
Mail is sent via standard postage; therefore, tracking is not provided.
LOST OR DELAYED MAIL
Lucky Darling Post is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen mail once it has been shipped.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time frame, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
